These terms apply when you use Yomi Lite, a personal money tracker run by Yomi Lite ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Notice.
What the app is
Yomi Lite helps you record and review your own accounts, spending, income, bills, utang, and savings goals. It is a record-keeping tool. It is not a bank or e-wallet: it does not hold, move, or pay money, and it does not connect to your financial accounts.
The app gives you information, not financial advice. Totals, reports, and goal estimates are based only on what you enter. Estimates are guidance, not promises. Check important figures against your bank or e-wallet.
Access codes and your account
- Creating an account requires a single-use access code. Access codes are free for now. If that changes, it will not affect accounts already created, and we will update these terms first.
- Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access.
- You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live. If you are a minor, use the app only with a parent's or guardian's permission.
Your records
Your records belong to you. You can export them as CSV files or delete your account at any time from Settings. We handle your data as described in the Privacy Notice.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app. For example, do not try to access other people's data, break or overload the service, get around its security or rate limits, share or resell access codes, or use it for anything illegal. We may suspend or disable accounts that do.
Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep the app running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free, or that it will exist forever. We may change or improve features. If we ever decide to shut the service down, we will give reasonable notice where we can, so you have time to export your records, and we will then delete user data as described in the Privacy Notice.
Responsibility
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make based on what you record in the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Philippine consumer or data privacy law.
Ending your use
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or disable an account that breaks these terms; where reasonable, we will tell you why and give you a chance to export your records.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and for important changes we will tell you in the app or by email before they apply. If you keep using the app after that, the new terms apply.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Questions? Email [email protected].
